Essential Qualification and Experience Details
- A Medical qualification included in Schedule I & II or part II of the third Schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act of 1956 {candidates possessing the qualification included in Part-II of the third Schedule should also fulfill the condition specified in Section 13 (3) of the Act.
- A postgraduate qualification e.g. MS in Anatomy or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
- Three years teaching and/or research experience in a recognized Institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MS in Anatomy or a qualification recognized equivalent thereto.
- For Medical Students: Master’s Degree in Anatomy from a recognized Institution or a recognized qualification equivalent thereto.
- A Doctorate Degree from a recognized University.
- Three years teaching and/ or research experience in a recognized Institution m the discipline/subject concerned after obtaining the Doctorate Degree.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
- All posts carry usual allowances as admissible to Central Government Employees of similar status at Delhi/ New Delhi..
2. APPLICATION PROCESS:-
- The aspiring applicants satisfying the eligibility criteria in all respects can submit their application through ON-LINE mode followed by HARD COPY in prescribed format. The On-line registration of application will be made available on AIIMS, New Delhi official websites www.aiimse xams.ac.in and www.aiims.edu from 17.11.2021 to 16.12.2021 upto 5.00 PM.
- The applicants applying in response to this advertisement should satisfy themselves regarding their eligibility for the post applied for. They must be fulfilling eligibility criteria as on the closing date of Online applications i.e. should have passed qualifying exam for essential education qualification /have complete duration of experience as given in Recruitment rules on or before last date of online submission of form i.e.16.12.2021. In those cases where one passess exam or complete duration of experience after this date, their candidature will stand cancelled ·
- Candidates must upload the documents/ certificates in support of all the claims made by them in the application like, Date of Birth, Experience(in sequence as mentioned in application), Essential qualification(s) etc. or any other information, separately against each claim in PDF file in such a way that file size does not exceed 2 MB and is legible when a printouts taken out. For that purpose, the applicant may scan the documents/ certificates in 200 dpi grey scale. Documents like Pay Slip, Resume, Appointment letter, Relieving letter, Un-signed Experience Certificate etc. must not be uploaded in Document upload module.
- Matriculation / 10th Standard or equivalent certificate indicating date of birth, or mark sheet of mark sheet of Matriculation / 10 th Standard or equivalent issued by Central /State Board indicating Date of Birth in support of claim of age. Where date of birth is not available in certificate/ mark sheets, issued by concerned Educational Boards, School Leaving Certificate indicating Date of Birth(in case of Tamil Nadu & Kerala).
Education Qualification certificates:
- Educational Qualification Certificates as per Recruitment Rules for the post applied must be uploaded. In case of those who have equivalent educational qualifications, Order/letter in respect of equivalent Educational Qualifications claimed, indicating the Authority(with number and date) under which it has been so treated , in respect of equivalent clause in Essential Qualifications, if a candidate is claiming a particular qualification as equivalent qualification as per the requirement of advertisement.
Experience Certificate:
- The Experience Certificate · should be from the Head(s) of Organization(s)/Department(s) for the entire experience claimed, clearly show the, duration of experience(“from” to “to”), Nature of experience(either teaching and/or research) etc. The candidates can only mention those teaching experiences which are recognized by MCI/NMC/DCI/Nursing Council/ State Nursing Council/recognized teaching institutions, wherever applicable and possessed after requisite qualification for the applied post.
Photo & Signature:
- The candidate must ensure that their photo and signature are clearly visible in preview at the time of filling of application in online mode. If photo/ signature image is displayed small or not visible in preview on website, that means photo/ signature is not as prescribed and, in that case, their application will be rejected. Accordingly, candidates are advised to be very careful while uploading their photo and signature.
NOC Certificate:
- No Objection Certificate from the present employer (in case of candidates working Government/Semi or Quasi Government, Government enterprises or Government funded autonomous institutions) is mandatory otherwise, candidature will not be considered for the post. Therefore, candidates are requested to kindly upload the same while applying. · ·
Application Fee:
- In case a candidate wishes to apply for more than one post, he/ she is required to fill in the form separately for each post through On-line mode and deposit application fees along with each application as applicable .
Submission of Hard Copy of Application Form:
- The candidate(s) who submit(s) their online application must also submit self-attested copies of all relevant certificates regarding Age, Qualification, Experience including Proof of Payment, Caste certificate in prescribed Performa, EWS/PWBD Certificate, NOC, other relevant testimonials along-with a printout of the application submitted online with covering letter (which will appear on screen after online submission) immediately so as the same reaches to the following address on or before 31.12.2021 by 5.00 P.M. positively:

Pay Scale:
1. | Medical Superintendent | Level-14-A-Rs.168900-22040-0(/Plus NPA ) as per 7th CPC. |
2. | Associate Professor, College of Nursing | Level-11- Rs.67700-208700as per 7th CPC. |
3. | Assistant Professor | Entry Level Pay Matrix 12 – Rs. 101500- 167400/- as per 7th CPC (plus NPA for those medical posts for which a recognized medical qualification has been prescribed as an essential qualification). |
(i) 50 (Fifty) years for all posts.
(ii) Upper age limit shall be determined as on last date of submission of Online applications
i.e. 16.12.2021. Age for the purpose of determining eligibility will be ageas on last date of online application i.e. age on 16.12.2021.
- No age relaxation would be available to SC/ST/OBC candidates applying for unreserved vacancies.
- The age concession to the PWBD shall be admissible irrespective of the fact whether the post is reserved for PWBD or not .
